Your local GC reps have continued to find fun and novel activities that residents can participate in virtually to relieve stress, build resilience, and meet your fellow residents. While the province’s reopening means that there will be more opportunities to socialise in person, PARO is committed to providing an variety of virtual events for those who may not yet be in a position to participate in person, as well as those who find it easier to fit an online event into their busy calendar.

Province-Wide Events
Insurance Talk – April 12, 6:30pm
It’s not always a fun thing to think about, but insurance is an important part of your financial plan – especially if you are transitioning into independent practice. Knowledge is power, and PARO is here to help walk you through the options available to you. RSVP by April 10th to attend our informational session.
Trivia Night – April 21st
Don’t miss our biggest trivia event yet! Go head to head with residents from other Universities and battle for trivia glory. Sign up by April 15th.
Disney Sketch Night – April 28th
Back by popular demand! This drawing class, led by a Disney artist, is family-friendly and open to all skill levels. Don’t miss out – RSVP details will be sent by email soon.
Chess Tournament – May 7th
Whether you’re a long-time aficionado or recently impulse-bought your first chess set after binging The Queen’s Gambit, this is the event for you! All levels are welcome – we’ll have options for both newbies and experienced players, as well as those who might just want to drop in and watch. Sign up details to follow by email!
